Ordered these chairs expecting pieces to be missing, holes on the chairs not lining up, ext. It was not my experience. The chairs arrived in perfect condition and easy to put together. Of course, if you tighten the secures before they are all in place there will be some misalignment. I was able to get both chairs up in less than 30 minutes. Don't believe the hype.
